The largest room is used as a lounge with a kitchen where you can cook. There is a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and different utensils. Visitors can also watch the TV or DVDs. Breakfast can be served by prior arrangement.

From the rooms there is a perfect view of large surrounding areas. In the lower part of the house there is a mini fitness center with an exercise bike, a treadmill and a table tennis.

To store your bicycles and skis you can use the ski storage room where you can also find dryers for skier shoes.

In front of the house there is a parking lot and a mini playground for children, you can sit outside. A shop, a post office, home services, ski lifts, a restaurant are in range of 200 to 400 meters. There is a large playground for tennis, football and volleyball 200 m far from the house. During winter there is a skating rink.
